What are your delivery options?
Standard Courier Delivery (next-day delivery) – This is a trackable courier delivery service that delivers our parcels right to your doorstep by the next working day, which is totally free for local orders. No minimum order. Awesome. *Please note that orders made after 1PM will only be processed the next working day.
Express Courier Delivery (same day delivery) – This is a trackable courier delivery service that delivers our parcels right to your doorstep, which is chargeable at a flat rate of S$6.00 / free for orders above $150. *Please note that orders made after 1PM will only be processed the next working day.
Self-Collection – We also offer the option of self-collection for customers. For details, please refer to our Shippingpage
Standard Delivery – DHL Globalmail Packet Plus (3 – 18 working days) – This is a registered (trackable) postal solution that is chargeable from S$6.00. The exact price is dependent on the package weight and its destination. Most parcels are expected to reach you within 3 – 18 working days. However, certain destinations may require additional time for the parcels to arrive.
Express Delivery – DHL Express (1 – 5 working days) – This is a registered (trackable) courier solution that delivers right to your doorstep. The exact price is dependent on the package weight and its destination, which will be automatically calculated at checkout. Most parcels are expected to reach you within 1 - 5 working days. However, certain destinations may require additional time for the parcels to arrive.
International delivery charges may be waived if your purchase exceeds a certain amount.

What countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide! That means we ship to, like, most countries you can think of. We kid you not. Please refer to our International Shipping page for more information on the countries we ship to.
When will my orders be shipped?
We all love to get our new stuff quick, so we want you to get your stuff as soon as you can too. Most of your orders will be processed within 2 working days. However, shipping times may vary according to availability of merchandise, and items are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. If there is an unforeseen circumstance or delay with your order, we will contact you to let you know.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation which will include a tracking number and also a link for you to track your item information. The link will bring you to the relevant couriers’ website, allowing you to track order status with your tracking number. Please note that it may take 72 hours for your tracking number to be activated on our carrier's site.

We strive our best to get your orders to you as soon as humanly possible but sometimes it really is out of our control.
The tracking website provided to you should be able to give you information on your orders status so we recommend keeping track of your item via the tracking website provided.
At times, there may have been a failed delivery attempt and your parcel may be awaiting collection at your local Post Office, delivery depot or you may need to rearrange delivery. The instructions on your delivery card should explain how to collect your parcel or rearrange delivery.
If the estimated delivery date has passed and there is no relevant information, please contact do contact us at email@example.com for us to assist you on the mater.
What happens if I’m not in to sign for my item?
Depending on your courier they should leave you a card or send you a text message with instructions on how to rearrange delivery. From there, you can then arrange a redelivery or collection.
If a redelivery or collection is not arranged, it will eventually be returned to us. We can then resend it but additional postage will have to be paid.
Will my parcel be charged additional custom and import charges?
Sadly, we cannot control and are not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Please also note that in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.
If you refuse a shipment from Qlothè, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Qlothè. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the rare instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
