Hey you. We’d want to you to love our stuff, but if you absolutely have to, you can return it to us (free for orders within Singapore). Please note that free returns do not apply to items that are in the SALE categories.
You can return any item for a refund in store credits, or you can exchange it (for a different size only) within 30 days of receiving your original order. We will arrange a courier to drop by your preferred location to pick up the return parcel (no need to stop by a post office!).
For local orders
It's easy, simply follow the steps below:
1. Ensure that the items are in original condition (unwashed, unworn, and with the tags attached) with the original invoice. 2. Initiate a returns process with us by scanning the QR code on the Returns Form enclosed together with your package. Alternatively, visit the following URL: http://returns.qlothe.com 3. This begins a chat with our friendly neighbourhood chatbot Chloe (say hi to her!), who will guide you through the process of booking a courier to pick up your returns parcel, or to do a one-to-one exchange with you!
For international orders
For international orders, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer free returns as yet. You will be responsible for any return shipping fees and the accountability of the items. Therefore we recommend sending the package back to us via a trackable postal/courier solution. Please send your returns to:

1. Place the item(s) you want to return back in the brown box / bag we sent your order in. 2. Mark the items that you are returning on the original invoice. 3. Seal it securely 4. Paste the shipping label (generated automatically after you complete your returns/exchange booking with Chloe) onto the return parcel. 5. Hand the return/exchange parcel to the courier. 6. Yay!!
We aim to process all returns as humanly possible. Please ensure you follow our recommendations so that your returns may be processed as soon as we can.
Once we have received your package, we will carry out a final inspection to ensure that the item is in its original condition. Thereafter, the return should be processed within 10 working days. We will send you an e-mail acknowledging the return, with details of any refunded items.
Please note that returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.
After you have received the e-mail, please allow up to 10 working days for the store credits to be refunded into your account.
If you have yet to receive any email to confirm your refund or return, please allow up to 28 days from the date your item was picked up before enquiring on the return.
