Hey you. We’d want to you to love our stuff, but if you absolutely have to, you can return it to us (free for orders within Singapore). Please note that free returns do not apply to items that are in the SALE categories.
You can return any item for a refund in store credits, or you can exchange it (for a different size only) within 30 days of receiving your original order. We will arrange a courier to drop by your preferred location to pick up the return parcel (no need to stop by a post office!). Just fill in the Returns form supplied with your order and initiate a returns process with us.

Returning your stuff to us
To request a return, simply follow the steps below:
1. Ensure that the items are in original condition (unwashed, unworn, and with the tags attached) with the original invoice. 2. Initiate a returns process with us by clicking on ACCOUNT > ORDER HISTORY > ORDER REFERENCE > Enter your return reason / return code > Make a return
IMPORTANT: If you would like to make an exchange for a different size, or would like to return due to a defect/incorrect size, please indicate to us so that we can arrange for an exchange for you.
3a. For local orders, the most amazing ladies here at QLOTHÈ will process the return and contact you to arrange a suitable time for a courier to drop by and pick your item up (yes, you read this right, no need to drop by a post office when you can return at the comfort of your home!).
3b. For international orders, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer free returns as yet. You will be responsible for any return shipping fees and the accountability of the items. Therefore we recommend sending the package back to us via a trackable postal/courier solution. Please send your returns to:

Prep the package!
1. Place the item(s) you want to return back in the brown box / bag we sent your order in. 2. Mark the items that you are returning on the original invoice, fill in the Returns form and place them together in the package. 3. Seal it securely 4. Yay!
The fine print. :(
We aim to process all returns as humanly possble. Please ensure that you include the Returns form in the package; without it we are unable to process your return.
Once we have received your package, we will carry out a final inspection to ensure that the item is in its original condition. The return should be processed within 10 working days. We will send you an e-mail acknowledging the return, with details of any refunded items.
Please note that returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.
After you have received the e-mail, please allow up to 10 working days for the store credits to be refunded into your account.
If you have yet to receive any email to confirm your refund or return, please allow up to 28 days from the date your item was picked up before enquiring on the return.
If beyond this time line you have yet to receive any news about your return, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order reference so that we may investigate for you.
